Payment Refunds

We appreciate your shopping at www.webinarinstitute.com, and if you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please get in touch with us so we can make it right.

Refunds

You need to cancel your order for a Live webinar at least forty-eight hours before the webinar is scheduled to start in order to receive a complete refund.
No cancellations or refunds will be given for orders placed for any other format besides Live. You may request a credit note to spend on a future purchase or an exchange of your order.
The happiness of each customer is our top priority, therefore if you have any questions or issues concerning your refund, please contact our support team.

Procedure for Refunds

  • At any point before the start of the webinar, Webinar Institute reserves the right to cancel the event. The same information will be communicated to attendees through email.
  • Send an email to info@webinarinstitute.com from the order’s recipient to cancel the purchase. There will be no cancellation refunds for any other format besides Live. A product swap is an option for customers.
  • If Webinar Institute must cancel a webinar, all registered participants will be notified by email and offered a full refund or store credit.
  • Customers who wish to terminate their online account with Webinar Institute can email info@webinarinstitute.com. The cancellation process typically takes between three and four business days to complete.
  • Your account on www.webinarinstitute.com may be terminated or temporarily suspended at any time at the discretion of Webinar Institute.
